The following tutorial is on how to download CamStudio Screen Recorder and use it for multiple rule violations including MC PvP.

First, follow the link to the downloads page: Download Page

Follow the steps READING CAREFULLY and accepting and declining offers as they appear. There are two offers that you should decline as they are wanting to change your default web browser to Bing. Once you finish the download, open the program.

Once the program is open, you need to make sure that your tibia client is open. Click at the top where it says "Region" and select "Window".

You should see a screen that looks like this:



Proceed to click "skip" on both of these screens.

Once skipped, the download should continue to download and will be available depending on the browser you use (most will be at the bottom or found in downloads folder).





Once you finish the download process, make sure to leave the box checked to launch program after finished downloading. This should bring up the main client.



Click on "Region" and then followed by "Fixed Region". What this does is allow a certain region and only that region like a Tibia client to be recorded.

At this point, you are ready to start recording. Click on the red circle and then your next click should be on the client that you are wanting to have recorded. You can click anywhere on the Tibia client once you have hit the record button and it should surround the client in boxes on all four corners as shown in the picture.





Once you are finished recording, click on the blue square to STOP the video. You can name the video anything that you would like and the default place for the file to be stored is under:

"My Computer" -> "My Documents" -> "My CamStudio Videos"



Once this has been completed, click save and the video is now ready to be shared with staff. Although the tutorial is lengthy and wordy in nature, the process is extremely quick and easy to record a video.

If uploading for rule violation reasons, please have a way of sending the file to staff members or have uploaded to YouTube and set to private.
