So how do i get the vampire dust or demon dust if i cant seem to get the blessed stake, and the wiki says its only droped by something called tree of life. An unknown creature.

Obtain Elane's Crossbow from the Liberty Bay deeper cult quest area. You need to have learned all 4 verses of the hymn and have the mission to get the crossbow from Elane, in order to reach the quest room.

Verses of the hymn are very rare drops from each cultist. Novices drop the first verse, acolytes drop the second, adepts the third and enlighteneds drop the fourth. You can buy the music sheets instead of hunting them.
