Damn, now this is something unique & pretty interesting. If only stuff like this was thought of before the server took a drastic drop in actual players instead of now realizing how fast this era died out & randomly put EXP boosts in depot , host this PVP event etc...I feel for you Deviance, I know hosting takes alot of effort/personal time..but just maybe you should look around for ACTIVE staff/map editors and so fourth to keep this server up and active! Either way, kudos to this new idea.

So all the players who would not like to be PK'ed to help people out in this are screwed. I would hope everyone who is power leveling with elfbot posts up in trainers to make it more of a fair challenge instead of people going to the popular AFK hunting spots and just getting free and easy kills. and I agree with the other person who said this would of been better around April when there was 1k people playing. Looks like i'm posting up in trainers for a while...

You don't get a free pass to AFK bot 24/7. This is a PVP server and you're supposed to always be in danger. I gave out 48 hours of free boosts to help offset some potential experience losses when dying. You may get killed a few more times then usual over the next 2 weeks but theirs absolutely no way you will lose more experience dying then you could gain by botting for 2 weeks. A server with nothing happening on it is not fun. We have had a few PVE events (as well as automatic PVE events every week) so it's only fair that we do something for the PVP community too.

This event was not created/didn't exist in April and there were already plenty of guilds and wars happening. As the initial reset hype dies out and players reach higher levels there is just less competition on the server. Anything that encourages player activity on the server is always helpful.

It should be called Frag Tournament not Pvp tournament but gg. Good job nox staff

You have always responded to my suggestions in a timely manner and I still appreciate the magic item quick search.

I went through so many phases of people saying nox is dead but I kept playing and playing....but then there were NO updates for 2 months, nothing on the website, no news, nothing.

It caused literally over half? if not more of the playerbase to quit. This PVP event is great....if I still played.

Is there any sort of advertising you can do to get new players in? Maybe yellow highlight on otservlist or featured server? Maybe post on otland.net if that still exists for advertisement?

I also think the EXP rates after 350 are just too ridiculously low, most servers cap out at 1x. 1x is too high here with the boosts, but I think it should cap at like .5x to .75x.

It is pointless being a high level here, you pk and get no exp, and when you die you lose 3.2m exp which on .5x rate with no boosts takes over 5 hours to get, and I hunt at a very good spawn... over 3.2kk/hr on 1x...There is a reason when you look @ the highscores, mostly all the top levels are offline now.

Any ideas or suggestions on this?
